Rincon De Andres

There are literally hundreds of restaurants in Torrevieja so when you notice yourself returning to the same one on numerous occasions there must be a reason.
Rincon De Andres is such a place. We have now enjoyed the menu del dia three times there and the following is from our second visit. First of all the amount of choices is one of the larger menu options in town.

As soon as you arrive a fresh salad is delivered to your table, Pan (bread) and your drink of choice. For us always vino tinto (red wine). A half bottle comes with each menu so when there are two of you they bring the whole bottle.

Terri-Lynn chose the Alcachofas Con Jamon (artichoke with ham) and I had the Pulpo Al Ajillo (octopus in garlic sauce)

Then it was on to the main dish. Terri-Lynn had the Escalope Al Roquefort (Veal with a Roquefort sauce) and I had the Emperador Salsa Verde (Swordfish with a green sauce)

And then comes Postre, Desert. I do not do desert. But, I have been here for…. a few months and I am OK with this part of the menu.

The food here is good. That is it. I’ll come back. Again and again.
